I just got a call from somebody. It was good news! Finally, after almost seven years of waiting... Indeed, God is always good!
As of this moment, the good news was all I needed to perk me up!
Now, back to work.. ;(

Thanks to Shakeys staff!
In spite of my super mega hectic schedule, I could not help but make a quick post in this blog on what happened to me yesterday at SM Manila.
I had a lunch date with some insurance people at Shakeys yesterday noontime. Since I had a very demanding work already waiting for me at the office, I was already quite impatient with the staff as it took them time to present me the bill. After paying, I left in haste and forgot all about the documents presented to me by my guests. I must have thought that those documents, placed on top of the table, were part of the paper placemats of Shakeys. Blame it to stress. :(
I realized my flaw only a few minutes after I returned to office. I immediately searched their contact no. thru their website and thereafter phoned and talked to Wilma, their Cashier. I would have understood if they told me that those bunch of papers were already treated as garbage, but thankfully, they kept it! I learned later the waiter, whom I almost got mad at due to not-so-prompt service, was responsible for taking care of my documents when he could have easily thrown it away. Bad thing, I was not able to get his name. :(
Nevertheless, thanks to the Shakeys staff especially to that waiter. :)

With My Mga Ateng!
I would like to dedicate this space to my mga ateng who took a step forward, transferred to another agency, and... and... and left me all alone... waaaaaaah :(
Nevertheless, I will surely miss the funny and sad moments, not to mention the controlled laughter as well as the periodic bickerings (hehehe), we shared together in the office.
Anyway, I wish them all the luck and happiness in their respective new agencies. May they find inner peace and joy they long for, this time, in their present endeavor. :)

What a Year It Was!
A number of memorable moments in my life happened in 2010. These include, but not limited to, the following: favorable decision for my marriage annulment, my recent enrollment in school, my visits to Ocean Park and Enchanted Kingdom (hehehe!), and other chapters of my life that are too personal to mention here.
Since I consider this blog as my online diary, I am planning that, one of these days, if and when I'm not busy, I will try to document here some of those significant moments I mentioned, although it might already be too late as 2011 is already kicking in. Nevertheless, I will still TRY to do it.
For a start, instead of uploading pictures to my facebook account, I will just utilize this blog for that purpose.
What a nice new year's resolution. Will I be able to do it? Actually, I doubt it. But as they say, there's no harm in trying... ;)

Fewer Non-Working Holidays in 2011
No more holiday economics in 2011. Hmph! Just when I desperately needed the most sought-after breaks from work and school...
I should have taken advantage of the two long weekends during the recent Christmas season. I should have gone home in Surigao and used my P1 Cebu Pacific promo ticket, which by the way, was unfortunately forfeited as I forgot to rebook it.
Question: Why would I be allowed to rebook when the ticket I purchased is on promo? Answer: Well, I have my reasons. And Cebu Pacific took considerations of it.
Back to the topic, fewer holidays mean I would have less opportunity to take out-of-town vacations or even just have a leisure rest at home.
Now, who voted for P-Noy? I miss GMA. :(
