According to the Official Gazette, tomorrow, August 21, 2011, is declared as a Ninoy Aquino Day and as such, it is listed under the nationwide regular holidays and special non-working holidays thereat. My classmates and I recently found out however that the school has not made any announcements, up to this moment, that there will be no classes tomorrow.
That's sad... I thought tomorrow will be my free day. I thought tomorrow would have been my rare chance to stay at home and just laze around..
Now, for plan B... :(

It's Another Holiday!
Before P-Noy changes his mind, let me spread first this good news:
November 16 is a National Holiday!
Accordingly, Proclamation No. 60 was signed declaring Tuesday, November 16, 2010, as a national holiday in observance of Eid'l-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).
Trivia (because I didn't know this before): Eid'l-Adha is one of the two greatest feast of Islam. (So, could it be that Eid'l Fit-r is the other one?)
This is indeed great not only for Muslims but especially for me who, once in a while, wants to take a break from work and... school. :)
